Aston Carter Administrative Assistant (Part Time) in Whitestown, Indiana
Description:
This company is looking for an efficient Part Time Admin to help support their Human Resources team. This candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth functioning HR operations team is supported.
Will be Part Time for around 20-25 hours a week. They would like this person to help out with events on night shift from time to time (we will give them plenty of notice in advance and this will be infrequent).
Responsibilities may include
Updating job descriptions
Create offers for new hires
Help manage the onboarding process
Assist with new hire orientation
Order lunch for events and orientations
Scheduling interviews
Helping maintain employee records such as attendance, leave of absence, and other personal information
Prepare reports for hiring managers and HR team
Respond to employee inquiries around basic policies and procedures
Help work employee appreciation events
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Must Have
2-3 years of recent administration experience
Recent use of Excel and PowerPoint
Good job tenure (no more than 3 jobs in 5 years)
Reliable (reference speaking to their attendance and reliability)
