Main tasks include:

Recruiter

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for assigned positions to include the development and implementation of recruitment plans, recruitment advertising programs, recruitment metrics, and recruitment related activities and initiatives.

  • Ensures compliance with hospital policies, corporate requirements, and relevant employment laws.

  • We are looking for a passionate and high energy recruiter who will seek out and hire those committed to safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to our patients.

  • Must be relentless in the pursuit of appropriate candidates for GW Hospital open positions.

  • Utilizing diverse sourcing methods, ensure high-caliber candidates are secured, meeting recruitment metrics.

  • Foster positive relationships internally and externally, contributing to HR recruitment team development.

  • Recruit frontline patient care staff employing innovative talent acquisition strategies for full cycle hiring.

  • This is not a remote position.

Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelor s degree, preferably in health care related field or human resources management or equivalent work experience.

  • 2 years healthcare recruiting experience

  • Certification in specialty preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership capacity and coordination skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Excellent computer skills including advanced MS Office and strong Power Point and Excel skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Organized and detailed oriented

  • Effective communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Sensitivity in handling confidential information

  • Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans and research and resolve complex recruitment issues.
