HOURS:DAY SHIFT PRIMARILY WITH ALL OTHER SHIFTS AS ASSIGNED.

SALARY: $33.49 - $45.31 PER HOUR

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: NEW YORK STATE FOR AT LEAST ONE (1) MONTH PREFERRED.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Eligible for licensure by the New York State Education Department as a Physical Therapist; possession of a license at time of permanent appointment.
