LOCATION: WYOMING COUNTY SKILLED NURSING FACILITY 408 NORTH MAIN STREET WARSAW, NEW YORK 14569

HOURS:ALL SHIFTS AND UNITS AS ASSIGNED

SALARY:$25.59 - $32.23 PER HOUR NO BENEFITS

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT: NEW YORK FOR ATLEAST ONE (1) MONTH PREFERRED

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Completion of a course of study approved by the NYS Education Department as qualifying for Licensed Practical Nurse.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Eligibility for a NYS Practical Nurse License. Possession of the license at the time of permanent appointment.
