Perks Benefits: * Flexible scheduling – full and part-time employment available * Discounted meals (50% off!) * Performance-based hourly wage increases available * Training and career growth opportunities Responsibilities Duties: * Deliver uncommon hospitality by knowing guests names and creating a memorable experience. * Become an expert on all menu items, current promotions, beers on tap, and bar cocktails. * Ask questions to find first time guests and make sure they are recognized by team. * Interact professionally with all guests and coworkers in a friendly and considerate manner * Hold high standards for restaurant cleanliness and actively assist picking up trash. * Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning/re-stocking duties. * Share loyalty program with guests and coach on how to sign up. * Support quick table turns through bussing and cleaning tables throughout the shift. * Create a fun environment with a positive attitude and willingness to help the team. * Run food and drinks to guests’ tables and offer refills and to-go supplies whenever needed. * Help teammates out wherever possible. * Learn something new everyday.
