Requirements:

• Must have IV certification or proof of education and competency of IV therapy skills.

  LPN/LVN *Requirements:

• Must have at least 1-year exp-acute care exp (hospital setting) required.

• Must have exp with patient ratios of 1:5.

• Must have epic charting experience.

• BLS through AHA.

• Must have epic charting experience.

• Float required.
