“Admin Assistant” Location: Detroit, MI Description:

  • The primary objective of this contractor is to ensure plant tours at our Detroit location go smoothly, and support the Plant Tour Lead with all day today logistics and administrative tasks related to tours.

  • Act as a key point of contact between internal employees, industry contacts (hotel/food/events), and plant tour team.

  • Ensure plant tours are executed smoothly, consistently, and adapt to feedback.

  • Manage our giveaway inventory and notify when levels need to be reordered.

  • Support administrative review of the plant tour booking smartsheet and internal tour requests, ensuring all upcoming tours are accounted for, documented, and within the program guidelines.

  • Organize necessary exception support personnel for larger tour groups.

  • Build relationships with local contacts for customer/dealer accommodations/food/entertainment.

  • Manage the badging for the guests coming into the Detroit plant for tours.

  • Manage onsite logistics related to tours such as ensuring batteries are charged, correct number of golf carts for transport, room setup, room reservations, etc. Qualifications:

  • Open to College Grads – Any field

  • HSD minimum with 35 years of exp if no degree

  • Smart sheet exp would be nice to have but not required.

  • Microsoft tools.
