The Junior Sales Analyst role provides support to Sales and Marketing elaborating commercial reports using SAP/BI, Salesforce and other corporate tools. Additionally, he/she performs a variety of other functions related to internal processes wherever data management/processing is involved. Processes that require the support of the Junior Sales Analyst are: sales forecasting, online sales analysis (through Amazon and peli.com), sales budgeting, web leads processing, online price measurement and processing, selective distribution system and system support on selected online/mobile applications. The professional engaged in this role is expected to develop a high and growing expertise on Salesforce.
JOB DUTIES
Creation of Ad-hoc reports and analysis for the Sales team and automatic scheduling of their execution
Build report automations for Sales and Operations departments
Microsoft Excel support
Digitalization and scraping of trade show catalogues online and offline
Data management of internal marketing database tools
Build and automate Salesforce reports
Quarterly Salesforce leads survey report
Design and execution of periodic cleanup routines of Salesforce data (account duplication)
Develop pricing KPIs and measurements
Perform price monitoring software database maintenance
Preparation of automated email campaigns and customer letters
Web screening in search of competitive distributor webpages
Assistance in Amazon catalogue management
Support in Electronic Data Interface implementation on Seller Central
Support in the implementation of our www.peli.com D2C (direct to consumer internet shop)
Support in data management of our Amazon accounts
Assistance in the preparation of sales budgets
Assistance in preparation of sales forecasts based on sales historicals
Preparation of online surveys and result summary presentations
Testing and configuration of business cards scanning apps, integration with Salesforce and support
Testing of Learning Management System platforms and support for the creation of eLearning content
Performs additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor or Master degree in economics, business administration, engineering or related subjects
Advanced degree in Business Analysis or related subjects will be a plus
Verbal and written fluency in English is a must, Spanish and other European languages will be a plus
Advanced working knowledge of Excel is a must
Working knowledge of MS Power Point and good presentation skills
Flexibility and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced international environment.
High personal motivation, a positive attitude and customer orientation skills
Good communication and a predisposition to work hard and learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience of working with SAP or other CRMs a plus
Previous experience in coding (any programming language) a plus
Previous experience in working with eCommerce systems and Magento a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
