  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or Special Education, or related field.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours (days, evenings and weekends).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

  • Possess a CDL Drivers License upon employment.

Must demonstrate competency in reading nd writing Braille by scoring 80% or better on AIDB Braille Skills Assessment Inventory within the first twenty- four (24) months of employment.

Must complete and maintain certification as an instructor of AIDB behavior management training program in order to train other staff members within the first twelve (12) months of employment.
