Job Description: The LPN / LVN participates, coordinates and provides direct nursing care in a manner which ensures participant's satisfaction and retention. Assists with medication orders and delivery, coordinating with the physician, RN, transportation and home care. Assists physicians and nursing staff with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to vital signs, wound care, medication administration/management, treatments, patient teaching, venipuncture and micro coagulation, catheter care foot care, administration/reading PPD tests and participant set up for physician visit. Performs duties in a variety of settings including the community, the Center, and the Clinic. May be asked to perform duties on weekends. Required Qualifications: Education sufficient for licensure. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire.
