Job Position: Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $ DOE

Job Summary:

Mon-Sat, 6:00AM- 3:00PM | DOE

Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities to keep the plant running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and organize maintenance tasks to meet production needs.

• Document daily activities, inspections, and repair orders.

• Maintain and service boilers, perform routine mechanical functions.

• Plan future preventative maintenance and manage inventory.

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance.

• Provide customer service and coordinate with contractors.

• Perform housekeeping duties and demonstrate company values.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 3-4 years of plant maintenance experience required.

• Forklift/skid loader operation and driver's license.

• Certification for man lift/scissor lift operation preferred.

• Pipe fitting, welding, and basic computer skills.
