Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Part-Time Bellperson and Valet Attendant and provide a warm and welcoming arrival experience to our valued guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, exceptional customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.

• Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring a smooth and effortless check-in process.

• Park and retrieve guests' vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining a secure and organized valet area.

• Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.

• Assist with guest inquiries and special requests, aiming to exceed their expectations.

• Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure seamless guest service.

• Maintain a clean and tidy entrance and lobby area, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must hold valid authorization to work in the USA.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
