LPN Supervisor - Assisted Living and Memory Care

As the LPN supervisor you will be responsible for performing clinical and technical aspects of care as well as monitoring the nursing care of residents in the community and for assisting the nursing staff in providing high quality nursing care. This position supervises all nursing positions in Assisted Living and Memory Care.


Qualified applicants are required to be graduates from accredited schools of nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses. Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as an LPN in hospital, home care of skilled nursing facility with supervisory experience is preferred. Prior experience with geriatric clients preferred. Current licensure as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse, in the state where practicing is required. Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications are required. Current First Aid certifications is required or must be willihg and able to become First Aid certified. Food handlers certification is required.
