Google Senior Programmatic Account Manager in San Francisco, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a business related field.

  • 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.

  • 2 years of project management experience, working in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • 1 year of leadership experience.

  • DV360 platform account management experience, which includes campaign strategy, planning, set up, optimization, troubleshooting/escalation.

  • Account Management experience, driving advanced usage of DV360 features especially durable solutions EA, OT, and CB. Experience with DV360 YouTube and CTV/third-party Video campaign set up.

As a Programmatic Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key strategic accounts, and helping drive display and video growth for the Finance vertical. You will become an extension of our customers’ marketing and analytics teams as they unify their programmatic media in DV360. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ overall satisfaction and utilization of DV360, sharing best practices, making recommendations and upselling, providing education, and ensuring resolution of issues through coordination with cross-functional and partner teams.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Be responsible for Programmatic Account Management on key Finance accounts.

  • Grow and maintain relationships with clients and agency teams to understand their core business objectives. Identify opportunities and deliver solutions that leverage our programmatic media tools to deliver against client Custom Business Objectives (CBOs).

  • Build and maintain knowledge of DV360 and the programmatic landscape, and serve as a thought leader to clients around evolving advertising landscape and programmatic opportunities.

  • Provide detailed account analysis to ensure that our advertisers are exceeding performance goals.

  • Own platform training, media planning, and execution of Display, third-party Video, YouTube, and CTV campaigns.
