Robert Half Legal Office Manager in San Diego, California

Description

Do you have experience in office management / HR? Our client, a reputable law firm, based in San Diego is looking for someone to spearhead the day-to-day operations of their office. This role will be hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote!

Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll using HR Payroll Systems and HRIS Payroll Systems

• Conduct hiring, onboarding, and termination processes

• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts, ensuring a high level of employee engagement

• Conduct regular employee reviews and gather employee feedback to improve workplace processes

• Provide leadership and guidance to the office staff, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in HR/Office Management in a legal or law firm capacity.

• Proficiency in HR Payroll Systems and HRIS Payroll Systems is essential.

• Must be capable of resolving employee conflicts and promoting a healthy work environment.

• Demonstrated experience in Employee Engagement and the ability to generate constructive Employee Feedback is required.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills are necessary for managing office administration tasks efficiently.

• Must possess strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships within the office.
