Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level technician that has a strong skill set in a manufacturing setting.
  • Responsible for maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment, as well as carrying out process monitoring that is laid out by management and engineering.
  • Monitor the production process controls (Quality, Safety, Efficiency), log and analyze data, etc.
  • Assist technicians in the work area to maintain workflow.
  • Measure and record equipment performance.
  • Load, unload, and operate different industrial manufacturing tools.
  • Check for safety issues and take appropriate action.
  • Maintain work area and equipment.
  • Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and QMS (Quality Management System) guidelines.

Training / Education:

  • Currently pursuing a college degree in science or engineering
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, use hands and arms to handle, feel and reach.
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
  • The ability to read and understand process instructions, working bill of materials and quality inspection tasks is required.
  • Regularly required to stand, use hands to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
