Temporary Per diem Program for EXPERIENCED nurses with PREMIUM RATES!!!!!

Minimum Commitment = 64 hours per 8 week time block; MUST WORK MINIMALLY 8 HOURS EVERY 2 WEEKS.

Job Description: Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, is accountable for provision of competent patient care based on established standards and the nursing process. The Registered Nurse may assume expanded unit roles as available and assigned by Nurse Manager as a charge nurse or preceptor. The registered nurse supports peers in the delivery of patient care, uses appropriate team communication methods, and practices care that reflects the patient condition and priorities. The registered nurse provides support to team problem solving. The registered nurse identifies opportunities for self-growth and contributes to the development of other learners. The registered nurse contributes to safe unit environment and operations.

PAY RANGE: $50.00 flat rate

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year current nursing experience in Medical and/or Surgical nursing.

Must have current BLS/CPR.
