Position Details:
Summary of Duties:
Independently responsible for planning, developing and directing activity of custodial department; analyzing the need for staffing, equipment and supplies; developing departmental budget; and approving purchases of supplies and equipment within budgetary allocation. Manages custodial services for multiple buildings. This position has been assigned to work the scheduled time of 3:30pm - midnight.
Required Qualifications:
• Two years experience supervising or directing others in large-scale housekeeping, janitorial, general or building maintenance or custodial work; OR equivalent education/experience.
• Must possess, or be able to obtain by time of hire, a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum of 6 months experience leading or directing the work of others.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Two or more years of experience supervising staff.

Monthly Salary:
