Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data related to our HVAC projects, customer information, and inventory management systems. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into our company database, spreadsheets, and other software systems

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entry tasks

• Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files

• Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors

• Generate reports and summaries based on data input

• Coordinate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

• Support other administrative tasks and projects as needed

  Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support role

• Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Knowledge of HVAC terminology and industry experience is a plus, but not required
