The Care Concierge aids patients with comfort measures and maintains a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Care Concierge will use FirstHealth’s safety behaviors/error prevention tools and high reliability strategies as appropriate to ensure a safe and therapeutic patient experience.
