An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished team to work closely with new residents and internal transfers assisting them with the move-in process. The selected candidate will manage the renovation or upgrade of apartments working with general contractors, architects and engineers ensuring timely completion of projects; and work closely with the community's Director of Engineering to establish quality control and to ensure contractors are in compliance.
Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Assists new residents and internal transfers with measurements, floor plan and furniture placement
*Notify department heads regarding potential obstacles that could delay move-in date
*Work closely with the Sales department to keep all information current on move-ins, transfers and apartment availability
*Show apartments to residents and family members for internal transfers
*Facilitate apartment turnover meetings to ensuring quality of apartment readiness and timely move in
*Excellent project management skills and organization skills with ability to multitask
Qualified applicants should have experience with a thorough understanding of various construction contracts. High school degree or GED equivalent is required.
