Siemens Energy FAST Modula Lead in Orlando, Florida

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Harm processes and procedures are followed at all times.

  • Ensures rapid response to customer demand schedules.

  • Organize replenish and picking daily workload for Modula small parts flow.

  • Conduct daily huddles and stand downs to share daily plan and assignments

  • Successfully managing to specified KPI’s, daily goals and targets for throughput & output.

  • Understanding of operational constraints and identify resolutions that would resolve process problems.

  • Analyze data and help identify solutions to run the operation while maintaining target throughput within the department.

  • Work with other leads to ensure smooth operational handoff of processed parts.

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities for work areas as required.

  • Contribute to ensuring customer needs are met with 100% on time delivery.

  • Redirect resources when needed to complete daily workload based on customer needs and department goals.

  • Backup the department supervisor when they are out or unavailable.

  • Analyze and act on feedback from employees in the department on their ideas to increase safety or efficiency.

What You Bring (requirements)

  • Ensure Safety and Zero Harm processes and procedures are followed.

  • 3 plus years’ experience in a productive warehouse environment.

  • SAP EWM knowledge and use required.

  • Ensure customer needs are met with 100% on time delivery.

  • Redirect resources when needed to complete daily workload based on customer needs and department goals.

  • Backup the department supervisor when they are out or unavailable.

  • Analyze and act on feedback from employees in the department on their ideas to increase safety or efficiency.

Gas Services

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
