ABOVE Home Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to be a reliable and able helper to Clients in Lewis/Mason/Thurston Counties

Responsibilities include:

1. Assists the patient with ambulation (training and shadowing provided)

2. Assists the patient with Meal Preparation, groceries pick up.

3. Assists the patient with self-administered medications/reminders.

4. Reports changes in patient condition and needs to the supervisor.

5. Completes appropriate records per agency policy.

6. Provide personal care to the patient. Assist with showers, dressing etc.

7. Completes homemaker services (making a breakfast, loading/unloading dishes, clean kitchen surfaces, floors (mop or vacuum), dusting, laundry, fill up a bird feeder, patio sweep, garden care)

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year care experience preferred
• CNA or HCA certification
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Active driver's license and able to drive to client residences
• Demonstrate a commitment toward the agency's policies and mission
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills.
