Aerotek Construction Inspector in Newport Beach, California

Description:

Under the supervision of the Project Manager and/or the Construction Manager, the Construction

Inspector is responsible for the following:

• Report daily to the Jobsite during designated work hours.

• Attend Filed meetings, such as safety tailgate meetings and other appropriate filed

meetings.

• Abide by Company and OSHA Safety Rules, including attire, safety gear, and

designated parking procedures.

• Conduct thorough jobsite inspections in accordance with the approved Construction

Documents.

• Prepare detailed Daily Inspection Reports including work description accounting

for materials, labor and equipment, photos, and videos of work activities.

• Coordinate daily with the Construction Manager

• Coordinate with Laboratory Services provided on the project by others for Soils,

Materials Testing and Specialty Inspections.

• Coordinate daily with the Contractor’s Superintendent and Project Manager.

• Other duties assigned by the Construction Manager.
