• Prepare reports concerning room occupancy, payroll expenses, and department expenses.
• Prepare daily tasks for housekeepers.
• Train new employees on equipment such as floor scrubbers, battery room, and housekeeping tasks.
• Assist in supervising housekeeping department including but not limit to housekeepers.
• Prepare weekly schedules, update job descriptions as required and assist in assuring staffing and payroll controls conform to productivity standards.
• Inspect every room individually to ensure efficient cleanliness as per requirements.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assign work areas
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections procedures on CMM machines to ensure geometrical characteristics of the product are in specification.
• Maintain the MSDS logs and chemicals.
• Operate scrubber machines, ride-on scrubbers, buffers, and mops.
