As part of Financial Management (FM) Transformation, the Expense Transformation team is seeking an action-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial and tech-forward mindset to support our Expense Forecast workstream as an Associate Manager, Planning & Analysis.

The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
What you can expect:
Help drive the FM Transformation vision, specifically supporting the Expense Transformation team.
Be part of a small NWoW team and partner with subject matter experts and technology associates to build upon our forecast and reporting tools.
Reviewing existing business processes and solutioning ways to standardize and automate, increase transparency into expense information (including gross forecasts and inter-company chargebacks).
Increase velocity of expense information to our Business Leaders and help drive adoption of tools and process changes.
Work closely with our reporting team to help validate and ensure our data integration processes are accurate and efficient.
The busy periods in this job will not be cyclical, however they will be based on the peaks of deliverables, addressing hurdles along the way, and meeting key milestones. Some of the busy times may be predictable, while others may not.
What youll need:
3-5 years of diversified experience in a corporate environment.
Experience in financial management roles, with a focus on expense management, P&A, and/or business level financial analysis.
Project management and business partnering skills, along with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with and influence cross functional groups/teams.
Experience with GAAP accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Executive Presentations.
Interest in and energized by innovative technologies, process redesign, and maximizing efficiency.

The salary range for this role is from $90,100.00 to $134,100.00.
