• Lead a Geographic Core Area within New York City with respect to originating and executing commercial real estate transactions on behalf of private clients and institutionsIndustry Expert: become the information expert for the Company and Industry in that Geographic Core Area and build and maintain relationships with the investment property owners within it- Team up with Partners and Senior Brokers to leverage existing relationships throughout New York City- Leverage Ariel’s Investment Research team to add continuous advisory value to current and potential clients- Conduct Market Research and marketing activities in the New York City real estate market to help the senior management team increase revenue- Conduct Property Valuation Activities through the use of financial modelling and advanced database software such as PowerBI and apply complex real estate valuation methods such as: investment analysis, owner-user analysis, comparable sales analysis, development analysis, and conversion analysisRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or closely related2 years of experience in job offered or related (Associate Director, Investment Sales Associate or related)2 years of experience must include knowledge of 1) real estate property valuation through financial modelling and advanced database software- PowerBI and 2) real estate valuation methods such as: investment analysis, owner-user analysis, comparable sales analysis, development analysis, and conversion analysis.
