Lantern Hill is a luxurious 20-acre continuing care retirement community located in Union County, New Jersey in the borough of New Providence. Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

How you will make an impact:

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods

• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences

• Accurately record food and beverage orders.

• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What you will need:

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.

• Friendly and energetic communication skills.　　　　　　　

• The desire to provide top-notch service.

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English is required.
