Vi Associate Executive Director in Naples, Florida
The professional selected for this dynamic role assists the Executive Director in developing and executing strategy and manages assigned staff to meet quality standards, adhere to operating policies and applicable regulations and meet or exceed targeted financial measures. The AED learns and gains the necessary experience to assume a future Executive Director role.
Qualified applicants will possess a passion for serving the senior population. Requires a minimum 5 years of progressive management experience with Profit & Loss responsibility. Prior experience in senior living, healthcare, or hotel management is preferred. Bachelor's Degree is required; Master's Degree is preferred. NHA, AL CORE certification is preferred. Must possess a valid and current driver's license.
Additional requirements include:
*Critical thinking and problem solving abilities needed to manage complex environment with numerous responsibilities.
*Financial acumen, superior oral and written communication skills necessary to provide leadership to staff in a team-oriented environment.
*Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and various reporting tools.
*The person selected for this position must acquire the necessary skills to assume a future Executive Director role within the company and must be able to relocate.
