We are currently looking for an Event Coordinator Specialist to join our Operations team.

Location: Maslak,İstanbul

Type of contract: Temporary

As an Event Coordinator Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Manage Activities as Project Manager:

  • Initiate project, prepare the Critical Path Scheduling (Gantt Chart) and establish a consensus from all participants on a timetable (key milestones on Gantt charts)

  • Prepare, organize & lead regular meetings with project team to review the progress on milestones. Write & distribute minutes & coordinate with all stakeholders on updates in between meetings.

  • Inform and consult all team members for any issues, and ensure these are followed through and resolved. Proactively highlight critical issues and projects at risk.

  • Act as a Gate Keeper for Activities

  • Initiate, prepare, lead & coordinate activities with holistic E2E mindset

  • Run regular health checks on deliverables (productions plans, stocks, reservations etc.) to ensure smooth process

  • Ensure minimum write off (inc.R&P and finished goods) after the acitivity completed

  • In conjunction with the Event Owner, post evaluate events to create recommendations and actions for improvements.

  • Be the Activity Partner for the Business Unit:

  • Provide a regular update to the BUon projects’ status.

  • Participate in MBP Cycle and provide required inputs to enable decisions on activity projects.

  • Participate in BU WOR/Category WOR/Functional WOR ; Participate in WPR as well as adhoc meetings.

  • Provide necessary information for Key Decision Makers in the Activity; Evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions on product-launch dates needing to be revised.

  • Train new comers & brand managers on activity process flow, as well as create a standard EM way of working.

  • Be the single contact for all participiants (Marketing, CDT, Sales & Operations)

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree

  • Excellent command of English

  • Graduate Calibre, with experience of planning or wider supply chain operations.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project participation.
