This full-time position will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the St. John's Lutheran Church and School campus. Main Responsibilities: provide and/or schedule basic maintenance, repair and cleaning services to assure safe and efficient operation of our campus facilities; work directly with vendors, contractors and various inspectors; and make daily/weekly inspections of necessary functions. This position requires a good working knowledge of building structures and ancillary equipment and will be the first contact for emergencies. Full benefits and PTO available.  Salary range of $45,000 - $52,000, final salary based on experience. Must be able to pass a background check.
