UW HOSPITAL & CLINICS Program Manager, Lifestyle Medicine in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Program Manager, Lifestyle Medicine - 30043 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule: 100% FTE. Scheduled shifts are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Program Manager Lifestyle Medicine to: * Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine program that includes 1:1 appointments, classes, and programs in a variety of formats. * Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish science evidence-based services that are accessible, equitable, and culturally inclusive. * Monitor and evaluate Lifestyle Medicine programming to ensure quality care and alignment with department and organizational strategic focus. * Oversee UW Health\'s Lifestyle Change Program including its Lifestyle Medicine Specialists and Lifestyle Coaches.
