Job Summary The candidate will serve as an Administrative Assistant specializing in the mortgage and loan services sector. They will support loan processing activities by gathering documents and verifying information; coordinate title searches and manage related issues; assist in escrow account transactions; and provide general administrative support.

Skill Requirements :

· 3+ years Admin Escrow and Title experience

· In-depth knowledge of mortgage and loan processing procedures

· Experience with title management , including conducting title searches and examinations.

· Familiarity with escrow practices , such as opening/closing accounts and coordinating transactions.

· Proficiency in relevant software applications ( Microsoft Office Suite , Loan Management Systems )

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Bonus:

· Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

· $35.00 to $45.00 DOE

· Weekly Pay- Every Friday
