Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a Rehabilitation Center!

Description:

Facilities tech or Building Engineer needed for major local medical facility.

• Needs to be able to come in and hit the floor running.

• Needs to have understanding of building systems, safety protocols, and building inspections.

• Must be able to articulate skills and experience comfortably.

• Must know how Patch, paint, walls, repair plumbing, and have minor electrical experience.

• Will conduct building repairs, preventive maintenance, and assist with state audits and inspections.

• Will Replace filters on air handlers and/or conduct HVAC maintenance/repairs if they are certified.

• No tools required, site will be provided.

• Healthcare experience preferred.

Pay : $28-32/hr

Schedule : Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30p
