Full Time roles are eligible for the above, plus:

Job Summary:

Come join the Keystone Lodge and Spa team and work as a summer seasonal hotel shuttle driver! If you make safety a top priority, have a passion for driving and enjoy providing exceptional guest service then this is the job for you. No previous commercial driving experience is required, CDL not required.

Job Specifications:

• Expected Pay: $13.50/hr + tips

• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time, Mid-June to Mid September

• Skill Level: Entry Level

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport hotel guests while actively and politely engaging with the guests

• Ability to drive larger vehicles in all conditions

• Responsible for completing pre and post trip vehicle inspections

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including but not limited to checking fluids, fueling and all safety systems

• Provide guests with luggage assistance as needed

• Store guests' luggage/equipment as needed

• Offer valet parking if needed for specific group or guest

• Ability to provide exceptional guest service to all guests and equip them with information about the area, activities and transportation in the resort

• Assisting in other areas within the hotel as needed during downtime, including but not limited to: answering phones, providing guests with pertinent information, delivering guest items, keeping workplace clean/free of trash, closing the pool, etc

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Satisfactory Driving Record /pass MVR check

• Valid Driver’s License

• Be knowledgeable in 2-way radio use and various codes

• Ability to multitask and answer radio calls and view waitlist application while also engaging with the guest

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.35. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
