Alterra Academy is looking for experienced professionals in Project Management field to contribute to good cause and passionate in education. You will immediately be involved in international projects, so strong English-speaking skills are essential!

Area of Responsibilities:

• Teaching & mentoring mentee through live sessions to provide complementary learning, stimulate class discussions and ensure student engagement.

• Develops & designs curriculum plans

• Oversee assessment to foster mentee learning

• Answer mentee's questions on group

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree

• Min. 3 year working experience as Project Manager or related position especially in IT or edutech industry

• Proficiencies in English both written and spoken

• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, etc

• Experienced in managing a team and/or mentoring others

• Passionate about education and development

• Strong knowledge of Project Management process flow
