Main Responsibilities

 Provides oversight and prepares annual budget, strategic alignment, bi-annual projection, long term

financial planning, risk & opportunity and assists in developing comprehensive business plans,

consolidation of data in a timely, effective manner and ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial

reporting;

 Provides oversight and prepares monthly closing requirements, monthly reporting package to Regional

Leadership, provides internal reports to local management and brand teams, various financial analysis and

Lead monthly financial meeting with commercial/medical teams;

 Provides financial support for pricing discussions with HQ and price negotiations with customers and

review local pricing implementation to ensure adherence to the approved prices, prepare appropriate

position paper;

 Ensure accuracy and timeliness in local and corporate reporting, interfaces effectively with local

management and regional team;

 Demonstrates the ability to manage the P&L and is able to influence decision-making related to

investment allocation and financial management;

 Assesses risk and provides alternative solutions and contingency plans to ensure that financial

commitments are met;

 Provides proactive advice and guidance on changes to operational processes and procedures, based on

best practice, designed to improve business and maximize the use of resources;

 Drives departmental effectiveness, continuously identifies areas for improvement.

  • Strong team collaboration, within local Finance and cross functions as well as regional

  • Demonstrated track record of driving and implementing changes to business operations which have resulted

in enhanced business performance and improvement;

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate ideas, influence others to accomplish challenging goals and

objectives and to achieve results in a culturally diverse workplace;

  • Broad-based financial management experience;

  • Experience in working with multiple levels of management with competing demands on time and resources;

  • Strong experience in a medium to large international organization.
