Fitness Center Assistant
An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished resident services team to greet members as they enter and exit the facility. The selected candidate will respond quickly and effectively to customers' needs; Ensures cleanliness and safety of equipment and will provide information and assistance to members.
Qualified applicants will possess prior customer service experience preferably in a fitness facility, recreation or wellness center, or related venue. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Qualifed applicants are required to possess customer service experience; preferably in a fitness facility, recretion or wellness center or related venue. High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
Additional requirements include:
*Excellent communication skills.
*Warm, friendly, helpful and attentive to individuals utilizing the fitness center.
*Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
*Skill in resolving customer complaints and concerns.
*Sensitive to the needs of older adults.
*Interest and commitment to developing competencies and credentials in the Fitness-Exercise field.
