    What you will be doing?We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen's daily operations, managing kitchen staff, ensuring the delivery of top-quality cuisine to our clients, and meeting food and labor cost objectives.

What tasks are required?

  • Lead kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleanliness.

  • Maintain efficient and effective kitchen workflow.

  • Address issues promptly to ensure timely delivery of client orders.

  • Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.

  • Inspect raw and cooked food items to guarantee the highest quality.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and owner to align kitchen operations with the establishment's goals.

  • Conduct monthly inventory management.

  • Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships.

  • Recruit, hire, and train kitchen staff.

  • Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and schedule necessary repairs.

    What we need from you?

  • Preferred associate degree in culinary arts.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen management.

  • Extensive experience as a chef, with additional roles as a sous chef or line cook.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative culinary skills.

  • Effective leadership in managing kitchen operations.

  • Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

  • Responsible for budgeting all kitchen items.

  • ServeSafe certification required within 3 months of employment.
