Position description:

As the Part-Time Floor Maintenance Technician, you will perform all of the floor care and maintenance duties at our state-of-the-art facility. Working with floor equipment and power buffer tools, you will strip, buff, and wax hard tile and terrazzo floors. You will also be responsible for daily mopping and cleaning of other floor surfaces and stair cases. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. SECOND SHIFT: 4:00PM to 8:00PM

Requirements:

• Second shift: 4:00pm to 8:00pm Monday through Friday

• Experience with carpet cleaning or a side by side buffer is a plus

• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
