Mosaic is not about standing out from the crowd - we lead it!Mosaic is currently seeking a highly driven (Full-Time) Assisted Selling Representative that can create excitement while increasing the brand awareness of JennAir Luxury Appliances. The Assisted Selling Representative will cultivate relationships with retail partners and field leadership while collaborating to drive strategic initiatives for increased sales and market share of brand products.Annual Salary Range: $65,000 plus potential bonus of up to 10%Schedule to capture the busiest hours in retail. Some schedule shifts required, including promotional holidays.- Wednesday-Friday: 11:00am-7:00pm- Saturday: 10:00am- 6:00pm- Sunday: 10:30am- 5:00pmThe qualified individual must possess a strong passion for success, an abundance of energy, be committed to delivering superior service and performance, and be a team player excited to learn and grow as a member of the Mosaic team. Additionally, the candidate must be able to explain appliance benefits and technology with confidence, be able to educate consumers and sales associates, make product recommendations, and have attention to detail for various merchandising tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with customers in a retail environment to promote and sell our products, focusing on driving sales and achieving sales targets.

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our products, effectively communicating key selling points to drive interest and purchase intent.

  • Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retail staff to ensure product knowledge transfer and alignment with sales strategies.

  • Demonstrate product usage andfunctionality to customers, effectively showcasing product value and capabilities.

  • Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

  • Collect and report on customer feedback, market insights, and sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and sales strategies.

  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with any and all company and retailer guidelines and promotional initiatives.

  • Ensure that all displays are showroom ready and ready for customer interaction.

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 - 3 years of retail sales, and /or territory sales experience required

  • Experience with home appliances, specific to either retail, direct, business, and/or national retail preferred

  • Exhibit an energetic and enthusiastic attitude and tremendous interpersonal communication skills.

  • Communicate effectively during 1:1 engagement, group presentations, and demonstrations

  • Independent and motivated team player

  • Some light physical activity required, e.g., setting up promotional material, shifting appliances

  • Must reside within a 15 mile radius of the store

  • Reliable transportation with valid driver's license required

  • Strong working knowledge of Google G Suite preferred, though training resources will be provided

  • Ability to utilize or acquire a Smart cellular device approved by Whirlpool corporation for business communications

  • A degree not required
