Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, full-time administrative & marketing professional to join our team supporting real estate sales professionals at our Glenview location.

*This position requires in-office work (not a remote position) and is a full-time position with hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • General office support functions including greeting agents, customers and maintaining office appearance

  • Oversee supply orders to ensure the office is properly stocked

  • MLS system input and reporting

  • Data entry

  • Assist in managing office social media accounts

  • Assist in creation of marketing pieces

  • Proofread and edit advertising copy and correspondence

  • Provide one on one training for agents of transaction tools and systems

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize in a fast paced environment

  • Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office

  • Social media savvy (FB, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.)

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and with a team

Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior Administrative Assistant experience a plus

  • Social Media and or Marketing experience a plus
