Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (Clinical Fellow encouraged to apply!)

Location: Glenview, IL

Position Type: Temporary, Full-time (August 22, 2024, to Mid-November 2024) Opportunity to continue role with AnthroMed Education and can be aligned to a different school in November!

Join our team at AnthroMed Education as we seek a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to cover a temporary leave for preschool students. This exciting opportunity involves providing bilingual speech and language services in both Spanish and English to a caseload of approximately 12 preschool students, with occasional play-based assessments, from August 22, 2024, until Mid-November 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) speech and language services tailored to the needs of bilingual preschool learners.

• Manage a caseload of approximately 12 preschool students, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with parents.

• Conduct occasional play-based assessments as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adapt lessons to suit the individual goals of each student.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required (Must possess or be able to obtain before August 22, 2024).

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
