$100,600 - $123,000

The Job You Will Perform:
Provide first level of salaried supervision of mechanical maintenance personnel in the Pulp Area and Pump Shop
Provide Safety Leadership for the maintenance team
Work with the maintenance team to improve engagement
Lead crew in planned routine work, outage work, and emergency work
Improve area reliability through Predictive Preventative, Precision Maintenance
Work with the area Reliability Engineer to identify and solve chronic problems
Work with the area Process Manager to improve Reliability in the Pulp Area
Work with the Area OMC to maximize efficiency of the crew through effective planning and scheduling
Track and control repair labor costs
Track and control repair material costs
Track and control contracted services costs
Track and control repair job costs for the annual outages
Track work execution metrics and work to meet or exceed targets in each metric
Support RCFA, MWS, 5S initiatives
Support Reliability GMS Element teams
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of at least 2 years of supervisory or related experience
Proficiency with SAP preferred
