Consultant (Contract) is needed with High School/GED or Foreign Equivalent & two (2) years experience as a Consultant - Contract or a Business Manager performing following job duties: Responsible for analysis of risk to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual commitments and corporate policies. Respond to inquiries from governmental and regulatory authorities. Review bid specifications and contracts for potential risks and insurance requirements. Manage on-site safety program and make sure client and company safety practices are followed and all work is performed in accordance with Site Specific Safety Manual and OSHA standards. Gather and analyze data, identify gaps, make recommendations to baseline performance and structure, best practices and benchmarks to prioritize projects and streamline processes with City, State and agency requirements. Oversee the implementation and quality control of projects. Meet with clients and vendors to identify barriers providing resolutions that maximize production and minimize cost in a safe manner. Prepare and develop risk improvement recommendations by identifying and resolving hindrances and field obstruction. Negotiate settlement of claim by establishing appropriate negotiation strategy, utilizing available tools and resources within authority limits. Identify risks, assumptions, perform risk management/insurance evaluations including policy/endorsement review, preparation of specifications, loss summary and comparison of insurance proposals.
