Site Manager

Must be 16+

Seeking teens and college students interested in a temporary summer job. Duties include but are not limited to serving meals, planning and leading activities, and overseeing other staff, children, and volunteers.

Wage: $14.42 to $17/hr. DOE

Responsibilities Develop/encourage healthy and appropriate bonds to encourage leadership skills and abilities in youth, both staff and participants Plan activities and collect materials for next day Serve summer meals following food safety training guidelines, follow protocol for recording number of meals served, and send meal numbers to Program Managers daily Unload coolers when food is delivered to your site Engage with all children at sites, making sure everyone is included and welcome (Being a friend to individuals at the sites) using age appropriate activities such as arts and crafts and STEM activities Pick up and return all equipment and supplies to KATB HQ at the end of the day

Report site needs to Program Managers in a timely manner Attend weekly staff meetings and manager meetings/training Arrive at the site 15 minutes before start of day and stay 15 minutes after end of day to ensure that site is cleaned up, all trash is removed Ensure that all staff members clock in and clock out at appropriate times Ensure safety of all participants at site Clean coolers before returning to office Other duties as assigned.
