Do you have a friendly, positive, and professional voice that ensures payments on time by maintaining vendor relationships, please and reach out today! This is part time contract opportunity for three months at a minimum that could gain more hours, or convert to full time with benefits depending on performance and business needs. The role would be Tuesday-Thursday on site at the manufacturing facility. Hours: 8-5, but negotiable with +/- 30 minutes-1 hour.

Responsibilities

• Provides friendly and professional communication to internal and external stakeholders.

• Provides timely, efficient, and effective collection and dispute resolution efforts and customer engagement and a deep understanding of customer-to-cash processes.

• Recommends accounts receivable for bad debt write-off and placement with third party collections agencies.

• Identifies and manages collection trends which delay collection and provides guidance to avoid bad debt loss.

• Identifies and resolves procedural and operational issues which could adversely affect collection of the accounts receivable.

• Works with business partners to implement appropriate strategies for managing the collection of the accounts receivable and resolution of disputes in support of business.

• Makes recommendations for process improvements focusing on the customer-to-cash cycle.

• Create customer accounts into system of record, pull credit, and place credit freezes when warranted

• Account Reconciliation

• Create reports using Excel

• Assist with month end close

• Experience working with Large Big Box stores such as Target and Amazon

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
