Duties:

• Greet all guests
• Patrol and secure condominiums
• Notate security, maintenance, and medical issues
• Respond to noise complaints
• Ensure property rules are followed
• Check for parking passes
• Use common sense to contact law enforcement asneeded

Requirements:

• Must be 19 years of age
• Must be able to pass background check and drug test
• Must meet Alabama Security Regulatory Board Background requirements
• Able to obtain a security license within 30 days of hire (Employer will assist with this)
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and climb flights of stairs

Available Shifts:

• Mid day
• Overnight
• PRN (On-Call)
• Full Time and Part Time available
