Staffing Coordinator, Feasterville, PA

Medicare/Medicaid/Joint Commission Accredited Home Health Agency located in Bucks County seeks a skilled coordinator preferably with medical office experience. This position will report to Office Administrator.

There are 2 full-time positions available for Staffing Coordinator. The position is charged with supervision of the intake, scheduling, and staffing of home health assignments.

The candidate must be knowledgeable in medical electronic technology, computer savvy, scheduling, medical records, credentialing, ensuring maintenance of personnel and patient charts, performance reviews, and have a knowledge of HIPAA, government rules, and regulations.

Successful candidates will possess excellent organizational, people skills, and strong work ethic; able to manage staff, dependable, and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
