Now hiring Social Service Case Managers. Case Managers conduct monthly home visits and perform all related tasks to ensure the welfare and safety of a high volume client caseload. This technical role involves extensive documentation; therefore, computer skills are a must. All Case Managers are required to have a reliable vehicle available for use, along with current insurance. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, preferably, in a human service related field, from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise judgement and evaluate situations to make good decisions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work.
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
